Hole Shot Blight on Peach Trees....Need Advice

Backyard gardener with a couple of peach trees....Developing hole shot on the upper limbs' leaves.
Do I spray with a copper fungicide or ?? Everything I read says that treatment is best in fall/winter before leaves fall....SO what is the best course of action now?

I would spray with copper fungicide now and again in the fall. I would rake up all leaves now and in fall and burn.
