So 3 individuals have tested positive and now the adults in the room are gonna put Johnny and Mary back in face coverings.

Perhaps Joe can guide the youngsters. He wore a mask at the beginning of his presentation of the Medal of Honor to an 80'ish veteran. He then took it off while placing the medal on the veteran, kept it off for the remainder of the ceremony and left with it off. To be fair he didn't appear to nuzzle the hero.

Meanwhile kiddos in Montgomery County are in for muzzling over 3 cases of COVID when they are not the usual vectors of spread nor usually fare poorly from COVID if they contract it.
