Really tired of "in a monsoon" being the "official" asterisk of the CU vs. ND game. That was the teaser for the ND Temple game just now during FSU and Cuse.

I guess all those drops they had was because of the Moonsoon but Clemsons skill players didn't have any problems.

Really sad that "the worldwide leader in sports" is either obtuse enough or wants to pander to their overlords enough that they're willing to completely ignore the one truism about weather and sports:

"They gotta play in it too"

That this type of drivel makes its way into sports telecast at all is just one more reason to turn the volume down. That is at the center of how ESPN does business is sufficient for a boycott altogether.

Clemson could make a ton of $$ selling what they did to keep the Clemson players out of the rain, because ND was obviously the only team that night to have to play in it. It must have been some kind of invisible shield around the players.
