Dabo had this to say
"I am not going to run my quarterback into a defense that's built to stop the run when I have Mike Williams against a defense that cannot stop the pass."

But with the game on the line 2 run plays called on as Dabo said "a defense that's built to stop the run"

On the 4th down conversion attempt we got too cute and tried

to pull one over on Pitt. That was the one call I didn't like at all, it reminded me a lot of the Chad Morris offense when we would be moving the ball at will but we inexplicably try to do something cute and either fail to convert or turn the ball over. Apart from that play call the offensive gameplan was great. The only other questionable play was audibled at the line and resulted in a turnover off a poor decision. The play call itself might not have been all that bad but the bad interception makes it seem like a terrible call.

about the Pitt game. If fans are still talking about the Pitt game this late in the week you know they won't be focused when they suit up to play Wake forest in a couple of days. I wasn't very optimistic about our chances anyways since we're playing a D1 football team with a bunch of message board fans and journalists but an unfocused team of fans and journalist that have likely never played football at a competitive level? We're sure to get our arses kicked now.
