So we are normal when considering that's the norm for about all fan bases. And I actually feel that I'm in that small slice. I try to be, and I hope that I am anyway.

I guess that depends...

Nov 28, 2014, 11:30 PM

have you used these words:

"Good Riddance Chad"

"3rd & Stoudt"

or similar things recently that would put you in the larger slices? It's rhetorical.

What an embarrassment some people are with that crap.

In writing I don't think so. But I have thought about how wrong I was about Cole. I honestly thought that he was going to be what we needed behind center actually until after the Louisville game. Then I thought that we were in trouble. With Chad, I was over him actually after that year he was interviewing with anybody who would talk to him, and again, I kept that to myself also. If God was judging, I may not be in that small slice b/c he even knows what we are thinking.

It's fine man. Good on you for your honesty.

We've all had our frustrations this season. But this board has become a bit of a toxic place, and it's gotten frustrating. No worries.

Nov 29, 2014, 12:33 AM

It was clever and funny...I chuckled.

Don't take it to heart. Some on here can't post if they're not saying something negative, that's my point.

badge-donor-05yr.jpg flag link military_tech thumb_downthumb_up

Well, on a non negative note

Nov 29, 2014, 12:48 AM

I see you have achieved well over your 4000 point total goal for tomorrows kickoff!

Amen!!! While some are out driving to some where, and they hear something on one of the radio sports talk shows. Then they'll come back to T-Net to repeat the garbage that they've heard about Clemson on a radio. The source without a face and catchy names....

Don't forget the seasonal brew for Autumn...

"Cole Stoudt. The perfect blend of hops, barley, & interceptions."

Original & extra points for creativity.

I've asked at least a half dozen people tonight to tell me

Nov 29, 2014, 1:17 AM

how long they've been a Clemson fan and how many 4-year stretches they've seen like this. Nobody has even attempted an answer. Why is that? Maybe you're right - the bulk of fans today are irrationally negative or coot posers.

Let's knock probation years off the list, and I see one other 4-year run like this and I don't think those wins came against a sum of programs like this one has.

Chad, go to bed

Nov 29, 2014, 1:18 AM

You have a game at noon, remember?

2024 orange level member flag link military_tech thumb_downthumb_up

LOL. Soon enough.....

Nov 29, 2014, 1:22 AM

Just hoping someone can answer that question - that's all. Can you do it?

Perspective is a good thing to have as you go through life.

flag link military_tech thumb_downthumb_up

Probably the last time we had 5 NFL skill position starters

Nov 29, 2014, 1:27 AM

On the same team all at once. Which is...never

2024 orange level member flag link military_tech thumb_downthumb_up

LOL. So you have NEVER seen it then?

Nov 29, 2014, 1:29 AM

You could have just said that.

2024 orange level member flag link military_tech thumb_downthumb_up

Yeah he did okay.

Nov 29, 2014, 1:36 AM

But you still haven't answered the question. And would you consider it fair to refer to non-probation years only?

So again, in your entire lifetime, how many 4-year stretches have you seen like this?

And too, can you name one year, save the national championship year, where we didn't lose to someone we should have beaten and therefore been a contender for a national title?
