All I care about is Clemson and winning ACC and BCS bowls. We're getting national attention again for first time since 1991 and i'd like to stay there and going 1-11 would kill that

masses even during off-season. However, I seriously doubt any Clemson HC could survive a 1-11 season, even if his first year, for the rioting would begin on campus. That Lou Holtz remained with the Gamecocks after a 0-11 start was stunning even giving his reputation.
I, likewise, doubt Steve Spurrier would survive a 0-12 season...he'd fire himself by slipping off to Florida in rapid retirement...followed, I'm sure, by a mob of seething Gamecock fans furious with another embarrassment.
I prefer to maintain an upwardly mobile outlook, taking one-game-at-a-time, now focusing on the Dawgs. The Gamecocks...I'll save for later. Peace, my Friend....

If the devil offered you that deal, would you take it? Clemson goes undefeated the first 11 games for the next 5 years in a row, only to lose to the coots each time.
That's 5 ACC Division titles in a row...
Top 5 ranking for most of each season...
But coots are holding up two hands, every time you see one??
