The rule is: A receiver cannot go

out of bounds, unforced, then return to the field and be the first to touch the ball. I was feeding my dogs and just come back in when they made the call, I didn't see the play.

But illegal touching is also the call when any ineligible receiver touches a forward pass. So O-Lineman, or a receiver lined up wrong and covered, or a receiver who went out of bounds (unforced).

That's exactly right, they called it on 80, so I just supposed he went out of bounds!
