least to an extent, by just simply having too many commercials? I know it has significantly taken away from my enjoyment of watching the sport, and I just won't sit through that many commercial breaks unless it is really a good matchup or big game. They've overdone it with me.

After watching college football, I just can't be entertained by pro ball. College football is raw, has a giant range of talent from 0 to 110 and is as unpredictable as ever. Pro ball is sterile, lacks the energy and raw variation you get in college ball. Yes, all the players are better, but there's also a steady rhythm to pro ball that's too predictable. Just sayin'

I like the NFL although I enjoy college football more.

Penalties and stupid rules have killed it for me. There's just too much going on that distracts from the game itself.

...to enjoy an NFL game. There is no flow to the game, just a kick, some commercials, a play or 3, some more commercials, a play or 2 and then an injury, then more commercials. Halftime, bunch of commercials, then over and over and over again. There has to be more time watching commercials than actual gameplay.

It's done got this way with anything on TV. It's getting rediclous. I record a lot of stuff now just so I can fast forward through the commercials. A 30 minute show now is actually 15 minutes and 15 minutes of commercials.
