Who's your favorite Tiger of all time?

Doesn't have to be the best, just one that stands out to you.
My favorite Tiger is/was Andre Ellington. Not our best back, but the kid never took a play off and had a very humble attitude. Loved watching him.

Was too young to appreciate watching Davis. His highlights are unreal

CJ is my favorite

But Woody is a close second. CJ for obvious reasons, but Woody was just incredible to watch. I don't know how many times I thought he was getting sacked in the backfield and then he turned it into a 10 yard+ run

As far as I am concerned, the most underrated all time Tiger great. 4 year starter, played everywhere on the DL, 12 year NFL starter with Seattle. A quiet beast. Him, Jeff Davis, Terry Kinard on '81 D. Absurd.

Tremendous athlete. Came to Clemson to play basketball, but

played a year of football here as well. In high school, he was a Parade All-American in both football and basketball, and was Parade's high school Athlete Of The Year. In football he held the Georgia high school record for total receiving yards for decades (it may still stand?). 40 years later he is still regarded as one of the best high school football players to ever come out of Georgia. He started 4 years in basketball at Clemson and was drafted in the 4th round of the NBA draft. He was also drafted by the Kansas City Chiefs and spent 3-4 seasons playing in the NFL.

Woody was so electric, and breathed life into a offense that was bad for years before his arrival So many thrilling games with him under center: 1.Woody to McKelvey 2.Woody to Gardner 3.Woody's 550 plus yards vs NC State, it was kinda weird seeing a qb scamper 60 yards for a td,and the run he had from 40 yards out with no time on the clock before halftime against GT i believe was unreal

He fought the Feds and won, saving our campus from being underwater. Biggest win in Clemson history outside of the Christmas Eve vote to originally establish the school.
Best President Clemson ever had.

will forever be a part of Clemson football legend. He could be considered the start of WRU. Round 1, pick 5 to Buffalo in the 1979 draft. Still involved with football as director of player development for the Browns. Have heard stories over the years that he would race trains while growing up in Ware Shoals.
