Trophy. Will this go next to Spurrier's 5th place SEC trophy and rings? LMAO! What a bunch of losers. I guess when you haven't won a football championship of any kind in 43 years, you gotta find something to celebrate!

They had a dang good season. And it came on the heels of 2 other great seasons.
I"m as happy as anyone that they lost. But I think it better to stop short of making fun of them for losing in a game we didn't get to because A) we weren't good enough and B) They beat us heads up to stop our chance.
So yeah I was cheering for AZ. I was celebrating USC losing, but it's insane to think that USC fans shouldn't be pleased with coming in second when all is said and done.

That's a good one. I would not trade 1,000 "natties" (whatever the hell that is) for one football championship. But please, continue to wow us all with your ignorant rants about how baseball doesn't matter. Better yet, tell our baseball team that their sport doesn't matter and let us all know how that turns out for you.

I bet you would be first in line pounding your chest if it were Clemson in the CWS playing for the title. Suddenly you would care about baseball.
So its not as big as football, but a lot of people still care about it.

I'll admit I don't care too much for baseball but I will never make a blanket statement that baseball doesn't matter just because I don't make it my #1 sport of choice like the OP.

Who's the loser? They beat us in the playoffs, yet we're supposed to enjoy them losing much deeper in the playoffs? That's supposed to make us feel better about our team?

No...most likely it will go in their trophy area at Carolina Stadium, and be placed right next to their 2 National Championship trophies. Where else would it go, and what Does Steve Spurrier have to do with it?
Finishing runner-up is a great accomplishment regardless of the particulars, and I find it especially interesting that it is being mocked by a fan of a baseball program that has yet to finish runner-up even once, despite having the 2nd-most appearances in Omaha all-time, behind only FSU....
