I do remember hair used to be above the collar or you didn't play, but the respect thing is earned and taught

I'm no football expert, but I would think moving

Clowney inside would negate his biggest strength and make it easy to double team him. Now it is very hard to double him with another lineman. He can use his speed to beat his man around the outside. Once he moves inside it would be easy to double him with a guard or the center.

I don't understand why he is so upset with his production it isn't any different than last year.

Letting him stand up and play off the line I think would also be a mistake. It would increase his tackle total but most would be past the line of scrimmage. That would make USC very small up front his backup is 6'6" 220Lbs.

I also don't see what the panic is for the fans or players looking at their schedule they should cruise the next 7 games, then they play UF and us at home with FBS between they should only lose two games this year and three at worst.

some are thinking that he goofed off over the summer instead of working out.

You are definitely not an expert - they are panicing since

they know that we CLEMSON are looking better than them and they know the way things are now, they will lose to us at home even -their worst nightmare! As for your boy Clowney, making him a pet and not making him practice has left him arrogant big mouth and out of shape. And a target for any team playing them. He will never have a game again like he had at Clemson last year, because coaches watching know to run or play action plays away from him. Are you really a closet coot Rhett?
