Sober and binge watching a show with my pooch. Never been a fan of New Year's Eve, so I avoid it. I like New Year's day though.

Wife and I went to an early dinner…checked in on my dad to make sure he was good for the evening. Came home and dried/folded laundry…cause my grandmother always told me I wasn’t allowed to wash on New Year’s Day.
Now just watching the Vikings game and trying to keep the dogs (3) from losing their minds with all the fireworks around.

Will be in bed by 11. New Year's Eve way overrated in my opinion. People make resolutions they should be doing year round . Stay safe Tiger Nation if your out and about with all the crazies on the roads.

Mrs and I spent all day working on the house - getting all those little things done we had planned to do over the holidays but didn’t. Got most of it done.
We just polished off our first bottle of champagne moments ago while cooking. Next we dine.
Then hanging out with the dogs - one of which is in late stage CHF so we are gong to enjoy New Years with her giving belly rubs when requested.
PS. Your weight loss and racing this year was inspiring with you dropping at one point to 172. I’m the same height as you and pushing 230. Feel great but know I’m on borrowed time at that weight and sitting in front of a computer 10 hrs a day. So if The Dude can do it ….

Still here in Jax Beach with some friends. We had a big night last night so we are just hanging out at our rental house tonight. Went to dinner earlier and looks like lots of drunk folks and cops all over and lots of big fireworks. Headed back to SC tomorrow.

her, I just think there are so many jazz gals who are just as good if not better.
I'm still deciding if I will get tickets to her show.
I'd rather see Stacy Kent, Hallie Loren, Hillary Kole, Sophie Milan, Heather Rigdon or Sarah Munro but they never come around.

Took some ornaments off the tree and packed up some other displays. Watched an 80s Magnum PI episode with some popcorn. Will watch a Mecum auto auction recorded a few days ago.
