I think T-net has a strong no-profanity clause in their terms and conditions with having an account. I will leave it at that...

Just point to your opponents shoes. You don't have to say a thing.

Sorry dude, it's highly likely that I'm much stronger than you. Not claiming I'm the strongest person or a bad ####, but I am much stronger than the average American male. I was skinny as a youth, and when I see people from my youth that haven't seen me in years they are surprised by how much muscle I have added over the years. So highly unlikely you could do anything to me if challenged me. Most likely I would just shove you to the ground and tell you take your loss like a man without even punching you.

A very long time ago there was a football offense called the "single wing" I was a strong-side TE. In that offense, one of my jobs was to call out blocking assignments between the TE and WB. My calls were done between the TB's signal calls "Down" and "Ready", so there wasn't a lot of time for a DE or LB to think about what we were doing. To make it a little harder to decipher, I called live colors in the huddle, which when used during the blocking assignment calls, told the WB whether I wanted him to really swap blocks or not..... so many signals I called were fake ones. A live call might sound like...."Red-22-X-35", where a fake one would be "Blue-22-X-35".
The funniest thing was on 3rd and short when a tough, but smart OLB would know a power sweep was coming his way and thought he knew who was going to block him and from what direction. When we really needed the first down and didn't need a swapped block, I would point frantically at the OLB and call out a fake "53-Blue-75-Atom Bomb" just a second before the ball was snapped. OLBs usually would freeze with their eyes rolling all around in their head - just enough that someone could put a good cut block on him and take him out of the play.
Usually you don't need to cuss 'em - just confuse 'em for a split second.

Nothing in Football - I was more interested in survival.
I tossed off-handed comments toward the black basketball players that I matched against. All of my comments were complimentary, but with a twist. Specifically, I would say "Nice shot Bo" or "Well done Bo". In those days - before Bo Jackson - the term of endearment "Bo" would almost always be heard as "Boy". Calling a black guy "Boy" was not acceptable and we all knew it. "Bo", however, was enough to often get the opposing player off his game.
My very white cousin was/is called "Bo" and it is indeed a term of endearment. Only after I learned how much the term bothered them did the black players become "Bo" to me.

I was a DB.I never said a word to anybody. According to my teammates I growled a lot, and I would laugh after a good hit when I got up. My one quirk was that I would never let the guy I knocked down get up first, I would throw him off to get up first, I might help him to his feet, but I had to be on mine before he got up. My mother said that she knew I was hurt immediately,(dislocated hip) the one time I didn't.
