I feel bad for fsu but anything can happen. I remember back when we had to play #6 tennessee in the peach bowl and their fans were pissed because we werent ranked. Then we stomped em.

and a shot at the awesomeness that is being the ACC Champion, it would be in our best interest to be as far away from that Orange Bowl as possible, especially this year. It seems to have worked out that way, but that is definitley going to be one pissed off, disrespected team coming in to play the Noles. Whether that means anything once the whistle is blown remains to be seen.

and bowl selection in which the #2 team is rewarded with a better match-up than the conference champions? No disrespect meant to Northern Illinois, but this OB pairing has to be one of the worst travesties I've seen in years. And, frankly, if I were a FSU fan, I would be beyond livid. At least ole Kirkie had the guts to bring down the hammer on the system, which any responsible member of the media with a grain of common sense should agree. Florida State deserved better...period, and I strongly condemn the system that failed FSU...and I say that even though I'm certainly happy with our match-up against LSU.
