week 12 game 11 day 1 prayers

Good evening Tiger Family.
let's begin this evening with continued prayers for our friends in Virginia as they continue to deal with unimaginable loss. I firmly believe that Tony Elliot was placed there at the right time to be the lodestar when they most needed it. May God bless and keep them as they traverse this unbelievable tragedy.
With that said, let's turn our attention to this week's players. Today I lift Sheridan Jones, Sherrod Covil jr, Kylon Griffin and Tyler Venables in prayers. May any physical adversity be healed. May all their spiritual needs be met. May they know and share love and kindness with their families and friends. May any class work benefit them and instruct them. May they find safety and security in their lives. May they know peace.
Tonight I also lift all instructors at the university in prayers. May they understand the responsibilities they hold as they guide our young minds and souls. May they impart knowledge and kindness, while making sure their students have room to grow and blossom.
As always, Go Tigers!

also, saw the post that Mason Trotter is medically retiring. Lift him in prayers of support. These guys work so hard toward a future. How difficult it must be to realize something you have devoted so much time and effort to is beyond your reach. Give a prayer to him as he deals with this monumental shift in his life goals.
