ring. Truly one of our treasures. The Palmetto Tree inside a big block C with the year of graduation.
Why not use this symbolism in Death Valley and use the current year for the date?

I didn't get a ring. When I graduated I had a house full of kids and a big fat wife.
I ought to look into getting one now that I'm retired. Wonder what it would cost these days?

The ring company is balfour, you can google balfour clemson ring and find it.
I believe you still have to order through the university so that they can verify that you are eligible for a ring though.

As much as I hate to admit it (and as a crossover from another thread) I like that Scar uses the palmetto trees on their field.

how about using the crest to spell Clemson backwards off to the left in the sky and have it reflected on the ground in the proper format.
If the tree and the backward spelling of Clemson in the sky were 'reflected,' on the ground in such a way to appear like a moon shadow (yes I know the crest is not some perverted form of a cresent moon) the the crown of the tree's reflection could be a Paw.
Nothing could disgrace the State of scar more than the gamecocks.

the symbol was placed on the corresponding yardline for that year. For example, this year it would be placed on the 13 yardline. I guess that would present a problem when we get to 2051, but hell, we'll let them figure that out then.

Just add a corresponding symbol on both end so they add up correctly.
2013 = 6 yard line on one side of the field, 7 on the other. Just keep moving them towards the center line one yard at a time, alternating ends of the field.
