UGA Tailgating

So I was with some UGA fans and they said that you aren't allowed to start tailgating until 4 hours before the game. If you have parking passes they won't let you in until then. Then they have family zones where no drinking is allowed at all. So people usually just walk downtown until they are ALLOWED to start tailgating. And you can't park on the grass. I guess some new guy came in and changed all of the rules. IF all of that is true, what a horrible place. Communist

Man, I never knew it was this bad. I've never been to North Campus on game day, because I know of a great area to part that takes me right to the stadium in the central part. I can't believe they don't have a way to enforce something and penalize people for littering. You don't see this next to the stadium at all, because that's not where people tailgate. I'm a UGA fan and this is pitiful.
