Pretty damning charges against him

Part of me wants to say that everyone makes mistakes, but my god, the actions he and those involved in the accident were extremely dangerous. 104 MPH is really fast. Combined with driving in the opposite lane and the median while under the influence of alcohol is so, so reckless. Can you imagine someone you love getting hit by these fools?

And he's only being charged with two misdemeanors. I understand that he can only be charged with what the county thinks they can prove in court, but it doesn't sound like justice to me.

I do agree, though. It is very sad all around.

Did none of the people driving the cars that they overtook while racing speak up and report they witnessed them racing? I don't recall reading about any witnesses coming forward saying they saw them racing and were passed by the two vehicles being driven by the UGA ppl recklessly and at high rates of speed.

And where's the UGA pest who is always spamming the board with their drivel at now? Would love to hear how they're going to attempt to twist and mold this development into one that exonerates UGA in any and all ways.
