"Tiger" logic

Thought that might grab your attention! I see so many posts and comments about "coot" logic on here, that I decided that 'what is good for the goose, is also good for the gander.' For example, there are a lot of Tigers here crowing about Carolina never getting a BCS Bowl game (absolutely true), but knowing full well that it's a lot easier to be the 2nd or 3rd place team in a traditionally football weak ACC every year as opposed to the usually powerful SEC. Speaking of the SEC, these same Tiger fans hate that "SEC, SEC" chant by Carolina fans (as do I), but yet how many of these same fans are rooting for FSU to beat AU for the exact same reason. And finally, how about enough of that "the other team never wins, we just beat ourselves" childish excuses after the FSU and Carolina losses. That reminds me of the high school pitcher who bragged about his no-hitter, until it was revealed that he had walked 14 batters and lost 6-0! The Tigers have a great chance to end the season on a high note with a good win over OSU, and I believe they're going to finish strong with a victory.

and I want us to be a dominant football program, but right now we are not there. It's the truth. I'll be at the Orange Bowl screaming my lungs out, but I just don't see how we deserve a BCS bowl bid.

There are 13 weeks of games......you have pisssed and moan all 13. So my question is, why do you even care? If you can't enjoy it, why do that to yourself. It sounds like you are saying I'll be there but I don't want to. This is hilarious, we have to be the only team @ 10-2 going to bcs that has idiots pisssing and moaning about it a week after our last game.

I will also be pulling for them. Maybe the media will finally get off the SEC jockstrap and recognize that 3 good teams and a bunch of scdubs does not a dominant conference make. Plus, as the earlier poster said, I want the Noles to be #1 when we beat squinting Winston in their house next year. It would propel us both in the rankings and most likely to the ACCCG.
