provocative or bitter.
But choking is when you don't do what you are normally capable of when the stage is big. Like missing a gimme putt in a big situation.
Our guys were not confident, not poised, not sharp.
It was surprising, because we have been good in big games before.
But this is one of those that makes one question his choices in life.

It wasn't a choke. We got beat by a better team. The best FSU has put out in over a decade. Keep calm and destroy Maryland.

We choked. We fumbled on the first play of the game. We had 4 turnovers. That was our total on the season before this game. When they walked out of the locker room, their body language told it all.
Obviously FSU was the better team. It's not like we weren't capable of winning, because we are. We lost that game before the players stepped on the field. The season isn't over, we can bounce back and still make it to a BCS bowl. But that was an embarrassing performance.

It wasn't a choke (see Tahj's post-game lockerroom interview) but it's also not necessarily that FSU is a better team. We tripped ourselves all night. We have no way of knowing if they were actually a better team or not-----we were too busy trying to recover from tripping on our own shoelaces----just to trip again. Yes, FSU is the best they've been in YEARS---dominant! With our TWO DAYS of preparation (poor decision by Dabo---perhaps why he takes the blame?) versus their 7 plus days to prepare for us, I am not convinced that FSU is necessarily a better team.....just a great team and a contender for the BCS title.

Who came to play. If you give FSU four turnovers and fail to score when reaching your side of the field you're going lose. It's that simple. We were not prepared to play the game. Get ready for Maryland. Make a statement this Saturday and move on. Our only lose could end up being to the national champs. They looked that good

Another production of riding on the bus, like we have arrived. Not a normal trip for the Tigers. Turn it over on the first play and FSU is off and running. We have to get back to playing ball. It takes a lot of energy to climb to the top of the mountain, but real easy to stumble and fall off. However, you get up and start climbing it again. Not much room for error against good teams and even less against great teams.... We had a few opportunities to get back in the game, but a dropped ball, a bad pass into the dirt, a penalty, or a t/o keep us out of the game and FSU put us away, then buried us.
