I think this is what you was wanting. Remember, this is just football. When you average in all of the sports, you have schools like Colgate and Duke at the top. Colgate graduates 100% of student athletes. Pretty remarkable, then again, it is Colgate.

Interesting. Where's unc?

You would think after academic fraud they would break into the top 25?

For those bashing Penn State, notice that they have been

doing something right --- leading in graduating their football players.

I feel awful for the children who were molested by Sanduscky. And I hope they fry Sandusky. And I hope those who covered this up get punished - big time.

But I also hope Penn State can continue to be an academic leader among major football universities. I hope their recruits don't abandon the ship and run to vultures like Lane Kiffen.

agree!! to me the biggest problem is how in hell did a member of the man/boy love association ever get to be President of Penn State??????IMHO those under him reported what they should have up-the-line and he approved of what Sandusky was doing!!this does not excuse the others from their failure but he is the main problem!!

This is the correct one!!

Ok, after looking into it a little more, the site I had in my other post had a lot of other things that went into account with the rankings. This is a much better ranking which is simple. Like the following:

"Four different calculations are used in the Academic BCS: the football team’s graduation rate relative to the school overall; the difference between black and white graduation rates on the team; the difference between black and white graduation rates at the school overall; and the difference between the graduation rates of black players on the football team and the school’s overall black student population."

This is a much better analysis
Football players that graduate. Nothing else.

The last one shown is for ALL sports,-not just football

And football was the question asked.

It has all sports as well as just football.

The very first set of results has a "FOOTBALL" header along with every division and teams in that division.

I stand corrected. However,

Like a lot of statistics, these numbers don't tell the whole story. Clemson, being a South Carolina college, gets most of its recruits from the state of South Carolina. A state with one of the worst secondary school systems in the U.S. Thus our football players often come in not as prepared for college as well as players from other states. I think Clemson does an outstanding job considering the hand we are dealt.
