They still serve people who don't present their church bulletin. They still serve people who don't present their church bulletin. To me it is like this:
Your church bulletin is essentially a coupon.
You normally get your coupons from a newspaper.
If you don't read your paper each week, then you don't get your coupon.
I don't see the point in targeting a small business which wants to give out small discounts. If I were in Columbia and a restaurant said there was a 10% discount for anyone wearing Gamecock apparel then I wouldn't gripe about it and try to sue the restaurant.
