One final observation.... for tonight

Oct 31, 2021, 12:52 AM

I love Dabo, but he was wrong when he said 100% of the blame of the interception thrown to Ngata is on Ngata. The pass was underthrown and thrown into double coverage. Surely some of the blame is on DJU, who never looked at at open Ross in single coverage.

Watch the replay. Listen to the announcers.

Maybe Dabe needs to watch the film of that play. He will likely have a different view and different opinion.

Maybe Dabo knows something you don’t !!
I would be willing to bet on it!

He stared down Ngata, we all knew where that ball was going. Now if he would have done that and snapped it over to Ross, that would have been a TD. Dabo is running cover for a bad QB but obviously that’s all we have. I expect HH and TP to transfer out

He stared down Ngata from time he had ball in hand. Ross was wide on open on opposite side of field, I mean he ran past cb, but then DJU throws to stare down Ngata with CB under and DB over. Then he threw it short so ngata couldn't high point the ball.

It was reviewed by RG3 and it was a horrible pass..

We win this game by 35 if TLaw was the Q,b and that was with knocking it back in the 4th.

Well, it maybe now, and not last night, but Dabo is wrong in not doing what he should be doing to win; BENCH THIS KID. Look at any number of games played this weekend with quarterbacks with lesser talent throwing up numbers like you can't imagine.
I am not a betting man, but I would venture to say that any of the quarterbacks on any of the top 10 teams in the country could do better than DJ has done this season.
Need further proof; Then show me one other quarterback with 3 turnovers that resulted in 6 points for the other team and I will give yuo my beach front property in Arizona, and pay the taxes on it.

The only problem I have with the whole play is that the middle of the field 10+ yards down was wide open. If one of the receivers to the right had run a post, they would still be running.

Staring down Ngata from the snap of the ball

Then throwing in double coverage and no separation when Ross was on the flip field side wide open. Throw to Ross and you probably have a TD. Everyone makes bad decisions but for DJ this is just all too common.

Class of ‘71. Went through “rat season” and glad I did.
