that is what I have read from a lot of folks on this board.
some even wrote defense isn’t all that necessary if you have Chad’s offense.

CLEMSON should ALWAYS be about DEFENSE 1st!!!

Play the young guys!!! The old guys having been getting torched constantly and have shown no signs of learning from it. They are not going to get any better, the young guys might.

In defense of the defense — If you constantly practice a finesse offense w/gimmicks, you will never be any good at stopping a physical team.

Perfect the basics before spending time w/gimmicks!
And then you may not even need the gimmicks because you can win with the basics.

Gimmicks are one of two things or both:
1. An admission your not as good as the opponent
2. A coach w/ego who wants the game to be about him, rather than his players.

This is my last post, because most on here strive to be the 80’s & 90’s Gamecocks!!!!!!
