If anyone knows anything about Aiken, you may know this wall and it’s history. It’s the main artery that connects two ends of town, and this wall is in a curve in the road. It gets hit by a car at least twice a year. This person this morning nailed the shittt out of it!

been hit, I'd have a decent amount of money.
Maybe last year when I was down at some point they even had a sign up in front of the area. Think they might have been repairing it at the time.

Not too hard, just cracked it a little bit. This morning it got hit JUST a little harder. That impact gonna leave that driver sore.

My inlaws lived on a curve in a road

And they literally moved in large part because their fence (wooden) got plowed by a car about twice a year.

that had to close twice because a car hopped the curb and crashed into the front window
Can the owner of this wall not put bollards at the end of the curve? Or is that too much of a legal liability?
