It’s not the teams fault. Pay bucks for 2 coaches and get a yugo. I’m not sure how Dabo fixes this. I betcha streeter ain’t happy right now. I know he loved Clemson.

Dabo fixes it by ceasing to interject himself in offensive playcalling. He is not an offensive coordinator. He has never been an offensive coordinator. He needs to accept that he does not know offensive football very well and defer to the man that he pays over $2M to be the expert.

He won't do it because he's about as stubborn as they come.

That is my take on the offensive woes as well. After being told by a reporter after week 2 that the Clemson offense didn't look like TCU's offense or Rileys offense ,Dabo exclaimed: This isn't the Riley offense it's the Clemson offense. In other words it's Dabos offense.

I do blame the coaches more, but the offense plays as if they don’t care. Very careless and sloppy.
I’ve been critical of Goodwin in the past, but the defense has improved and are once again bailing out this crap offense.

No, I’ll admit when I’m wrong. I’ve been frustrated with the Goodwin defense at times with this “bend not break” scheme. I’d much rather have an aggressive BV. But Goodwin makes adjustments and improvements.
Does this offense look like it’s improved? Are you happy with this game? Clemson beat Syracuse last week because Syracuse made more mistakes. That’s it. Dabo is in complete denial.

After a few years of this (really going back to 2019-20) I’m beginning to actually question Dabo and I hate it… but when he was first hired he made changes like hired Morris. And the offensive looked completely diff and it’s like nothing has changed since we had Elliot then streeter and now Riley… I’m starting to wonder if early in his career he knew there were smarter guys than him on offense as far okay calling and scheming and now we have won a lot and he think he can run “his” offense and it work. And it prob would with Trevor or Watson and wr like we had and ETN but not with average players on offense. I feel like this is not what Riley ran at tcu and I’m starting to blame Dabo for not goin back to what made him great when everybody was calling him a great CEO and not great X and O guy… who cares nobody cares if Dabo is an offensive genius just keep surrounding yourself with great coaches and let them do their freakin job !

Ya know was thinking about his identity as a coach. You hear this head coach is s D genius or offensive genius. Dabo became a head coach young - just didn't have time to move up. He is an ideal head coach. Strategist - visionary- and a well prepared generalist in the game. We have the best coach.
