How do our team handle coot to increase our chance on XT.

You guys have no idea what that kid is thinking. It's literally over a year before that kid has to sign anywhere. He might go to USC or he might come here. But meeting the mud out of them Saturday can't hurt our chances

I don't have to know what he's thinking, he says it. current gamecock players interact with him like he's already on the team. wishful thinking is fine but don't get false hope is all I'm saying. sure we have better coaches, better facilities and a better team but sometimes all that still isn't enough. we could beat them by 50 and it still won't matter. do u think he didn't see them lose to the citadel and go 3-9 last year??

He's gonna go where he wants to go. His heart may be telling him coots. However, his brain should tell him Clemson. The two programs are moving in two different directions. Clemson is coming off a national championship runner up season and are set to be in the CFP again this year. The coots are bottom dwellers in the SEC LEAST.
If Clemson handles business Saturday handily, then it could sway XT our direction. Who knows what the young man is thinking. I wish him the best in whatever he decides, but I hope we get him. Either way Clemson will continue to reload with upper 4 star and 5 star talent. Our well won't run dry.

although he's very good, he isn't quite one of those once in a generation type guys. I'd love to have him, but he isn't on that Clowney (or even R. Gary) level as far as naturally talent DEs coming out of high school. We'll be okay with or without him.
