Signature Tiger Tailgate Food

Southern Living Magazine has features some team themed drinks and cupcakes, but sadly all were SEC inspired.

I'm looking for your favorite tailgate food item, preferablly one that could be Clemson inspired. I'm liking this smokey "pimento" cheese sandwich recipe (with brown bread, it kind of looks like a tiger stripe --- plus I like smokey cheese): http://www.southernliving.com/food/entertaining/tailgate-party-recipe-ideas-00417000068759/page21.html

Purple Potato Salad

My room mate from my Clemson days grows purple potatoes. Her family sells produce in Simpsonville. These are perfect for Tiger Tailgating. I've seen them in several grocery stores too.
