Anyhew, Trevor Mattich (the big one) said at halftime that even an undefeated FSU would be a borderline playoff team because of their QB situation.

I think he said it mostly cause hes got the SEC homer disease. But.

Does the CFP committee look at injury reports when they rank teams ?

They basically put the teams, say top 8, and then say with current knowledge who the best 4 are

It would be kind of hard to put even an undefeated FSU with a backup qb over say a 1 loss Bama, UGA, Meechigan, or Ohio St. Unless of course the FSU backup shows out biggie time these next two games. If that scenario happens I'd vote for an ACC Champion FSU to be a top 4 all day long over 1 loss SEC or BIG10 non-Champion.
Just remember the Committee hides behind the moniker,"It's the 4 BEST teams, not the most Deserving Team." Which is a cop out even more than the old system of blaming a "computer".
