Ross & Higgins lined up on the same side

Jan 12, 2019, 9:20 AM

Looking back at the CFP games, most of the Clemson big pass plays came up when Ross & Higgins were lined up side by side.

I recall Tee mentioning this in an interview earlier this year. He basically said "I'd like to see how defenses try to defend that". If you watch those big plays, often it seems that Tee & Justyn are often in the same space, but one generally separates long or the other runs a post. The safety is left with a choice. And with TL's skill, any slight separation between our WRs and the DB, it is nearly an automatic TD.

Can you imagine when Ross, Higgins, Ladson, and Ngata are on the field at the same time?!

Wake Forrest might just want to concede their games now for the next 3 years.
