chatted with a Beaver fan and he asked me about DJU. He seemed excited.... I told him to hope the returning QB to start over DJU. Unless DJU has a dramatic change in quick decision making and accuracy of throws... it'll be a long year for the Beavs.

Auburn had Bo who shined at Oregon, better system for him. Not sure why DJ couldn't do the same at OSU. They're projected to be good and he apparently is the leader through spring. Pulling for him

The beavers offense has been reliant on quick/correct decisions by the qb..... just let that simmer a while....

I have never understood the “better system” logic. Does their system not require accurate passes or quick decisions? If you said a change of scenery might help him I could accept that logic but unless he shakes the yips out of his head a different system will not help IMO

Maybe it's the yips, maybe he wasn't ready for all of the big time commercials and all of that. I would say there is probably a reason why the play book shrank by half. Dj was not very good here but I hope the kid finds his way.
