facemask, didn't grab, just pushed the guy's facemask...meanwhile the tackler did grab the runner's facemask in the tackle out of bounds.

Flag was thrown. Slow mo replay of running back's stiff arm to the facemask, commentators go how this flag should be on the running back....then got shocked whenever it was a facemask against the tackler.
