Advice for first time visitor

I got 4 tickets for the game against you guys. Bringing a mixed group of tiger and gamecock fans. None of us have ever been due to the almost 5 hour drive. coming from Cheraw where former Clemson WR Karon Brown is from. Looking for advice on things to do, see, and parking information. Thanks for any information that can be provided.

we parked downtown last week at Allens ($30) and it worked out well. Hit Hendrix 55 exchange for ice cream.

Last weekend, we took a left at CVS(?) onto College Blvd. Parking is $20-$30 and its about a mile from the stadium. Not bad but a heck of a hill to climb. I hope you enjoy the game but leave with a loss.

You are allowed to leave the game any time you need and return if you have your ticket and a pass.
We meet at the tiger paw after every game, win or lose.
We decorate campus with trees, grass, and flowers instead of wsrehouses.
15 mins before kick off we say our prayers and pledge our allegance.

Have to go about 45 miles east of Cheraw to pick up Clemson buddy and planning to stop for a bite to eat which is where my 5 hour figure came from. Didn't realize I'd encounter a lynch mob asking for some advice but it's all good. I've never taken internet insults to heart.

I would make the buddy drive to you since you are driving to clemson. Also, just eat once you set up the tailgate or a drivethru.

The campus is beautiful this time of year, and most fans are friendly and helpful before the game. I usually have opposing fans sitting in my section, and haven't had any trouble as long as they remember they are in our house. You will pay for parking, but it's not bad. You can look online and find some parking in advance.
You should be in your seats well ahead of kickoff to see all the pre-game festivities. It is beautiful, and there is no mascot in a cage involved!
