Seven is the number of 4-peats Clemson has in the rivalry...28 years. That's 27 3/4 more years than the coots have been relevant. Almost half of our wins in the rivalry have been part of a 4-peat. You can't hang your hat on the past without acknowledging all of it. We lose the past four, but we dominate the series. Period.
And, I don't need this "to sleep better at night" or any of the other clever retorts the high functioning ###### coots on here come up with. I sleep just fine, and my life is blessed beyond what I deserve.

are you sure you are not bothered by it? i'm bothered by it! i hate losing to them. i live and breathe for the time i can see us beat them. i dont care about the four fingers or thumb, just win baby. i just consider the source when they do that. but it would be super sweet to whip them at their place this year.

Yeah as a Gamecock fan I never "hold up 4 fingers" or say "fear the thumb". I think it is idiotic for such a stupid thing, football is humbling game and us Gamecock fans should sit back and enjoy our best football ever. Instead of trash talking, I like football talking and saying "fear the thumb" or "65-41" does not do anything to carry on an good, intellectual football conversation. Looking forward to, hopefully a top 10, matchup in November.
