What musical instrument do you most enjoy hearing

When played by an expert?
I went to the weekly bluegrass jam in Pumpkintown last night, and I swear mine may be the banjo or the fiddle.
The only other potential answers for me would be piano or bagpipes, but bagpipes are out because they are not as versatile.

Hard to say, but all Bluegrass instruments when played well ....... also clawhammer banjo.
