Going to football practice today.

Hey TNET, a buddy of mine decided I needed to go to a practice since I had never been to one so he got me in. For those who have gone to practice before, what do I need to do? My buddy told me to go up to some guy with a clipboard and give him my name and he will let me in but then I have no idea what to do after.

Watch it and report back what you saw. Study numbers so you know who did what.

mayhaps some of the more seasoned goers/watchers should draw straws for your spot, that way you won't look bad.
but i'm just spit balling here of course.

So you have been? Is there a special spot for guests to stand? I went when I was like 10 years old and we just stood away on a little hill and watched. Does it work like that now? Any insight you have would be appreciated!

I also heard if you wear an orange shirt you can run out on the field and get to play wide receiver without asking first or even letting anybody know what your gonna do. I heard Dabo highly encourages this.

You are correct. I actually did that same thing, but I had forgotten it was tackle and not 2 hand tickle and it didn't end well.

Then look for a guy who is 4'10". His name is Don. He'll give you all kinds of info on a player, only to have pointed out the wrong guy.
And whatever you do, do NOT shake the hand of the get back guy for Venables. Dude has the strongest grip of anyone who isn't married to bob.
