I know we've played Jawja in the past, but we could play them in the Charleston tournament. Anyone heard?

Info on the games in Charleston:

Oct 24, 2013, 12:52 AM

The bracket for the 2013 Charleston Classic was announced today and the Temple University's men's basketball team will be taking on Clemson in the last of four opening round games slated for Thursday, Nov. 21. The eight-team, three-day tournament will be held at TD Arena in Charleston, S.C., with the final two rounds taking place on Nov. 22 & 24.

The Temple-Clemson game, which will be aired on ESPN3 (7:30 pm ET), is a rematch of the 2008 Charleston Classic Championship. The Owls will be looking to extract some revenge from the Tigers this time as Clemson won the 2008 title, 76-72.

Nebraska takes on UMass in the tournament opener, slated for 12:30 pm with UAB and New Mexico squaring off in the second game of the day at 3:00 pm. Georgia vs. Davidson (5:00 pm) will precede the Owls-Tigers game.

The winner of the Temple-Clemson game will take on the Georgia-Davidson winner on Nov. 22 at 9:30 pm (ESPNU) while the losers will play at 7:00 pm (ESPN3) in the consolation bracket.

ESPN3 will have five exclusive games in the tournament while ESPNU will air four contests. The 2013 Charleston Classic Championship will be televised live on ESPN2 on Nov. 24 at 9:00 pm.

Colorado won the 2012 tournament title. Previous winners include Clemson (2008), Miami (2009), Georgetown (2010) and Northwestern (2011).

You guys played us (Charlotte).

Not sure how it went though, was hoping I could find some info here.

teams are maintaining that "secret" part though. Have always liked your program, as you know I'm sure, we hired Bill Foster from there. Remember pulling for you guys in the final 4. The move to CUSA should benefit you. Under Lutz, that when you were at your best recently

The A10 move really hurt us. It was a great conference, but we didn't really recruit from areas that sent talent to play in the A10.

Had we been allowed to stay in CUSA, I think we would have kept things going with Memphis and Charlotte battling for the conference crown most years.

Now that we're back, CUSA is a shell of itself. There are a lot of Charlotte-like programs in there, but no star programs anymore. Just several programs with a respectable history, a decent fanbase, and potential.

Then you have a lot of awful bottom-feeders that will be a drag on our RPI every year like FIU, FAU, and Rice.

I don't really know much about Clemson's basketball program anymore, but best of luck this season. I'll pull for Clemson over any other ACC program in the Carolinas.

Will be interested to see how Bernard Sullivan does next year if he continues to have his asthma problem under control. Disappointed things didn't work out for him at CU. A friend has UNCC season tickets so he invites me a couple of times each year.
