Mayfield has been a difference maker. He has thrown the ball very well and might be one of the 3 best QBs in college football right now. Their running game is much better with Perine and Mixon. Also, Mayfield has run the ball fairly well. I think Lincoln Riley coming in as OC has gave that offense a good balance. Plus, their defense is much better than last year also. I could see OU being this year's Ohio State.

Same scenario I'd say as UNC...we really slacked off on them in the second half and should've won that game by 25+ points, OU's difference this year is new OC and Maysfield, UNC is Czizik...but again, pretty much same personnel.

OU's defense is finally playing better. This might be their best defense since Venables left OU. I agree with the assessment on UNC. I will say that Williams is a different QB since the South Carolina game. Their WR's aren't the best but they make catches when needed and their running game is much improved. UNC is playing great but they really haven't played anybody that is real good.
