Predicting a Natty for our Clemson Tigers!

How's that for some predicting; about as good as all the nat (meant nay) sayers wouldn't you say.

Hey, in 1981 I predicted our Natty at the office early on and guys (NC st, UNC, etc) looked at me, smiled & went back to work. Ha..

with relatively modest improvement we should win the conf which keeps us in the conversation. im not holding my bresth for natty, but feelumg good about playoffs.

I must say this season coming up feels a lot like 2016. All the so called experts are trying to help us by dismissing us again. I love it when we are expected to fail because that is when we excel.

Let's hope you are right!

I think we are "set up for it" 100%. We have somewhat of a "bounce back, everybody is doubting us chip on our shoulder". Plus, an OL that had to learn the hard way last year that is also being guided by someone new and eager to show their value(TA). Speaking of wanting to impress the boss - you know the passing game coordinator and OC as well as Wes Goodwin will want to do the same. Plus, we have a bunch of very talented players back!

We aren't facing a team full of future NFL players 1st game and should hopefully beat GT on the road on National TV. All of which should give any player/coach all the confidence neded to take advantage of what has the potential to be an outstanding season!

I think DJU bounces back and plays like that 5-star we recruited all the way across the country. Coach Richardson has a way of making it easy for players. Once they get it and understand it - they play with confidence and intent. I think that will be the case with DJU5.
The 3 headed monster we have at RB is going to eat well once Richardson gets the passing game established. With an upgraded OL as teams drop 8; our more physical OL will give 3 very talented RB's lots of room to operate!
The Defense is just going to be nasty, period the end!
