Also, after careful consideration and a bent toward diplomacy, I’m now actively in the #firebrad camp.

Nothing about the current leadership and its perennial underperformance stands to improve our recruiting or competitive advantage. We are dumping $60M into a new facility, but if the personnel remain constant, fresh paint alone doth not a contender make.

We have invested and removed all the excuses. Can’t motivate, in game adjustments are non existent, blown late game leads, timeouts unused, no rebounding and heck we don’t even play defense anymore. We have seen this guys peak. And it was years ago and apparently a fluke. Fire Brad.

For me to have had a change of mind I wanted to see us win 1 or 2 in both tourneys. One and done in the first one, and now waiting to see how the 2nd one goes.

I’ve been on the “let the season play out” team until now. You can’t get blown out in the opening round of the tournament by an 11 seed and keep your job, not given a history of that sort of non-performance.

Last night was Brownell’s TB vs. WF moment. I think we need to make the change. I doubt it’s all up to Neff, but it’s time for a new direction.
