Actually, every school should cite the NCAA for lack of institutional control because of their shoddy, incompetent handling of the UNCheat affair. I swear, the same folks who were sourcing HRC's emails and servers must be handling the Tar Hole investigation...and likely, Ole Freeze, too.

Yep! NCAA felt ducking the long legal battle and expensive cost by letting UNCheat slide has backfired. The cost for all future major violations will far,far exceed the cost of holding UNCheat's feet to the fire.
