He’s been here so long nobody will notice if he never leaves. Kinda like the 10 years Renfrow was here. And yes he’s out of eligibility his first season was 2018. Hard to believe that was 5 years ago now

A personal XT tribute

I will always remember that play when he decapitated Dungey to effectively end the Syracuse game in 2018, as I'm sure many will. That will always hold a special place for me because that was my first ever Clemson football game and my grandfather had just died a few months prior. He was a '61 Clemson ROTC grad and a longtime IPTAY member. I remember my mom getting a little emotional when we went in because she hadn't been to a game since she had been going to games with him before he passed. And of course, at the time, nobody knew that that would be arguably the clutchest game the Tigers would have to play all season. We had great seats on the lower home side right near the 50 and I'll never forget how electric that crowd was, especially on the game-saving Chase Brice 4th down completion, the Etienne touchdown, and of course the Thomas sack. So to XT, thank you for being the most memorable part of a really cool moment in my life at a time when I was really struggling. Clemson football will always feel a little weird without you being on the roster now lol.
