2015-2018 no BIG, PAC 12, or Big 12 team could stay on the field with Alabama or Clemson. Times of changed. They have caught up.

Was reminiscing about those teams / games as well.
I don't think today's current filed of teams are as dominant as the the Bama/Clemson teams of the previous era. CFB has changed.
I think we fell back more than they caught up. Just look at Bama....they look awfully pedestrian compared to their 2015-2018 teams.
Just my opinion....but the last 3 seasons especially, teams look more and more evenly matched and less and less overwhelmingly dominant.
