this time of year? Feeling a little more snug maybe? It's a recurring problem for me.

Someone should investigate while I enjoy this homemade fudge.

The clothes get smaller but the price stays the same. Same reason I had to use 2 bags of chocolate chips in my cookies.

Pretty sure colder weather causes fibers to shrink.

Start taking a dose of Metamucil everyday. After the fourth or fifth day you’ll feel better.

I just noticed last night that my Levi's were a little tight around the waist. I guess at almost 62 years old, I can't eat anything I want anymore. Now that blows...

My calorie counting app has a little
toggle that tells me what I want to hear. I like that feature.
