what is factual that Dabo actually was talked to or offered the job, there has been so much speculation as to who was going to be the next bama coach, so who knows if dabo was even contacted or not

for one of the top jobs in the country. It's hard to evaluate the validity of rumors involving choices and offers involved in a coaching search for so many reasons.

mentioned is the key word, but nothing says bama ever called or talked to him, im glad he's staying for sure, but we have no clue if he was a serious candidate or not , he may or may not have been, people like to make predictions , i guess like Lanning was in Tuscaloosa meeting with bama ad and it was false, yes i know he was probably one of the odds on favorite but not sure if it was more than that or not..

can be verified in these coaching searches, outside of the eventual hiring.

But, back to my original point, it's great to have a head coach that gets mentioned for the top jobs as opposed to having one that does not.
