Separate each naner from group and storeaway from sun or heat..

and even better place plastic wrap around each stem end.

Yes I think they are conspiring with manicure places for them to make more money. They also turn brown much faster now. Probably will be blamed on climate change.

I started buying the organic bananas at Costco, usually when they are green. It doesn't take them long to turn yellow and then brown and very ripe. The last two times we have had to throw them away because they never ripen, the peel is very thick and tough, and when you cut them juice flows and is sticky as super glue ..... hard to remove from your hands even with soap. Have no idea what is going on.

Maybe it isn’t the banana peel’s fault at all. As you get older your hands and fingers get weaker. Maybe you need to start squeezing tennis balls to strengthen your hands.
