I find that shady AF---but interesting at the same time. Did someone at FSU warn Phillips what was going to happen? Or did someone at another school warn Phillips what was going to transpire?

Clemson was on board with this lawsuit? If not, then why not come out and refute Clemson agrees with it. Otherwise his statement implies they are in agreement with it. 🤷‍♂️

FSU called the emergency meeting yesterday. People across the country have been talking about it since Not like it was top secret. ACC one step ahead for once in it's history.

That's funny and true the only thing the ACC has been proactive on in 2 decades is suing it's own membership.

Not shady at all. FSU made it clear all month it was going to make a move. The ACC got ready. Once FSU announced the BOT meeting for today, the ACC filed first so it can move to dismiss the FSU suit in Florida based on there being a prior pending action on the same subject in a different venue. A standard legal maneuver. It would have been.stupid not to do it to try to make sure the case goes forward in a venue more favorable to it
