Definitely a God, you were designed in the image of God and given free will. He made you unique, He loves and cares about the good things you love as you love His covenant.
3 Trust in the Lord and do good;
dwell in the land and enjoy safe pasture.
4 Take delight in the Lord,
and he will give you the desires of your heart.
5 Commit your way to the Lord;
trust in him and he will do this:
6 He will make your righteous reward shine like the dawn,
your vindication like the noonday sun.

His covenant prompts us to delight in the Lord and align our desires with His perfect will. As we cultivate a heart that finds joy, satisfaction, and contentment in Him, He will transform our desires to reflect His purposes.
While the fulfillment of our desires may not always line up with our expectations, we can trust in the faithfulness of God. By embracing His
promises our lives become more like God(Love) who always desires relationship/friendship with us.
God is the best friend we will ever have, he will never not be there no matter how big or small our issues are.
