This! Based on these serious accusations if convicted he’s staring down the barrel of Kirby law. He may miss possibly 3 whole practices and the first half of whatever their first cupcake game is. This is serious punishment.

There was a great article written by Ron Higgins in 2016 about the exploits of Lou Holtz---"The Charm of Lou Holtz has worn off." The article details how Lou left Minnesota, Notre Dame and South Carolina on probation after he left each school. This player fits the type Lou used to want to play for him.

He ALSO left NC State and Arkansas on probation.
Every place he coached, except William and Mary, was placed on probation for violation during his tenure.

The only thing that matters is winning football games and the increased revenue that follows. What is just, right or ethical matters not. I don’t agree with that, but the world turns that way. If Kirby starts to lose 2-3 games a year, all of a sudden these off the field issues matter.

Sucks for USC that UGa has Kirby.
This guy has USC recruit written all over him.
Remember the guy that got kicked out of an Alabama recruiting visit for stealing from team members' lockers during the visit and then signed with USC a couple of days later.
