Football DownTime

What to do ...what to do ?
I'm going to Scotland and Northern England this Friday , and will be drinking and yelling with an old friend from Edinburgh. Anybody know this area ? Got any ideas for the DT over there ? I'll be there 2 weeks , friend works during the week ....so I got some me time in a strange land .

Go to Newcastle when you cross the border .
Drink beer . Take pictures .
Bring a sweater and an umbrella .
Do not ...under any circumstance , talk shat about the local sportsball teams ...anywhere .
Ignore the bad food , it's not what you're there for . Have a good trip . Safe travels .
